JOB REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required Skill(s): Time Management, Microsoft Office, Presentation, Relationship building
Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and verbal
Must be able to driving and hold car driver license
Flexible and willing to work long hours when required
Willing to doing business travelling
Adaptability and flexible able to work on some weekends or when needed
Integrity and confidentiality is a must
Willing to be places in Tangerang

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assisting BOD in performing daily task both routines and carry out other tasks assigned by the BOD
Handled full spectrum of secretarial duties and administrative support to BOD
Plan, arrange and coordinate in all aspect for company meetings and events
Prepare meeting agenda and take minutes
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks and provide general administrative support
Organize and maintain the office filing system
