Deskripsi
General Duties:
- Prepare operational plan and ensure effective implementation.
- Ensure all store promotions and sales are planned effectively, executed propmptly and mantained professionally.
- Improve growth initiatives and increase revenue.
- Review and analyze stock and sales reports.
- Review and effectively deal with every tenant improvement.
- Keep in track of frequent feedback on sales, stock position, and product feedback.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
- Have an excellent understanding and speaking skills in English.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, including handling operation store and retail - preferably in fashion and toys retail.
- Skills that are required for this position: Sales, Marketing, Negotiation, Interpersonal, Analytical, Leadership, Communication, and Management. Administration skill is a plus point.
- Have strong eyes in target and details.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Retail Sales or equivalent.
- Willing to work in Bandung, Indonesia.
