Deskripsi

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Parts Sales analysis , forecast , opportunity study & development.
Doing Parts market & competition study (Competitors, product , price etc.)
Responsible of Parts sales target achievement
Support dealer to develop parts sales, stock plan, marketing plan, promotion, campaigns, new product launch and any spare parts related activities to achieve the parts sales target.
Monitoring Dealer's sales performance and business operation.
Finalize with dealer for annual sales plan & actions
Follow up & solve complains and issues from dealers & Customers
Key project, key account support & coordinate related to parts
Dealer training on Parts System and Product
Other tasks assigned by LGMI parts manager

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in heavy equipment/construction equipment industry
Required Skill(s): Unified Communications, analytical, Microsoft Office, leadership
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Good understanding about the market and good spare parts related knowledge
Having active driving license
