Digital Performance Lead will drive all paid media efforts, including paid digital advertising, paid social media. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Digital Performance Lead is responsible for developing and executing measurable digital performance strategies and programs that attract new, repeat and lapsed guests, increase sales, raise brand awareness and grow engagement. You are a data-driven strategic thinker with the passion for implementing digital programs that drive strong results and build brand affinity.
Job Description:
Develops, executes, and manages Digital Media strategy and execution, inclusive of Paid Social Media, Paid Search, Paid Display, Programmatic Advertising, Lead Generation, Website Optimization & Email marketing tactics to drive traffic and sales.
Develop a strategic approach, target audiences, content mix, and media plan.
Partners with the creative team to develop and execute relevant content to tell the brand story across all digital touchpoints.
Manages partners to effectively execute marketing campaigns to meet KPIs
Explores and identifies industry and digital media trends, tools, new platforms, innovations, and best practices to engage and reach targeted guests and/or audiences.
Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Leads the implementation and management of all digital performance reporting & dashboards to measure, analyze, optimize, and report out on the performance of all digital media and social marketing campaigns against defined KPIs and goals to influence broader brand initiatives.
Tracks conversion rates and makes improvements to the website based on analytics.
Maintains a consistent system of documented reporting and metrics.
Requirements :
6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with prior experience in a digital agency
Strong experience with paid marketing campaigns
Hands-on experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ad manager, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and Web/App Analytics
Proficient in the knowledge of media and communication platforms to identify the most appropriate medium to meet the campaign objectives
Demonstrated excellent research and analytical thinking skills
Direct experience and functional understanding of marketing technology platforms and tools employed in the creation, activation and measurement of demand generation campaigns
Proven leadership abilities to inspire & coach stakeholders to accomplish specific objectives.
Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships (e.g., management, stakeholders, other departments, and cross-functional teams, etc.) and foster an environment of mutual respect, understanding, trust, and support
Ability to work well under pressure in meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment
