We are seeking a motivated leader to join and own the success of the development team. We require someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and carve new paths forward. This position will be based in Jakarta with mostly remote working arrangement.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for driving the Social Media and Content strategy to engage and grow their loyal following, as well as creating innovative campaigns and social media strategies.
To grow and retain the fan base to ensure achievement of revenue targets.
To develop innovative social media strategies, analysis and report on ROI.
Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders.
Liaising with account managers, clients, digital producers and everyone in between to offer the best solution.

Requirement

Must have a "die hard" mentality in pursuing great works.
Bachelor degree preferred (in Mass Communication, Advertising, Journalism or English).
Minimum 2 years of experience in web & social media industry.
Excellent command of English, spoken and written
Proficiency in Indonesian and English
Passion in digital media, particularly in social media
Highly familiar with social media monitoring tools
In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms to deliver ROI.
Plans social media editorial calendar
Write creative and engaging, trending posts
Knowledge in Digital Media planning and buying is a definite plus point.
Basic principles marketing (target segmentation, positioning, brand strategy)
Have the ability to utilize your creativity in an innovative and creative environment
Proven commercial public relation communication capability and experience
Understanding of the digital marketing brand tone and personality
Versatile in writing across various industry
Able to work with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
