Deskripsi

• General maintenance tasks related to the garden including planting new trees, servicing garden machinery, conducting regular pruning and advising management of cost-effective methods.
• General maintain task related to the pools including Monitors, handles, and installs all chemicals for swimming pools, performs cleaning of swimming pools, Performs minor repairs to swimming pools
• Manage the overall day to day maintenance of all aspects of the garden and pools
• Quality control of all aspects of gardening and pools including health and safety
• Understand all aspects of gardening and pools services and management and train the gardening team to enable them to confidently deal with all aspects of their roles
• Training and development of the gardening team
• Contribute towards the smooth running of the of the organisation

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a Gardener and Pool maintenance or in a related field.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Great communication skills.
